Ronda B. Esaw focuses her practice on labor and employment law, with an emphasis on employment discrimination litigation in the health care, finance, government contracting, nonprofit, and hospitality industries. She is experienced in dealing with matters involving employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and retaliation arising under various employment laws, including Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), as well as ERISA, OSHA, Sarbanes-Oxley, USERRA, and various other state, federal and local discrimination ordinances and statutes. Ronda also advises employers on matters related to discrimination claims, employee handbooks, disciplinary decisions, drug testing, executive employment agreements, workplace harassment, family and medical leave, unfair competition, trade secrets, enforcement of non-competes and other restrictive covenants, and business torts. She is experienced representing clients before the Department of Labor, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs.
