Connor McCoy represents clients in employment and labor matters, with a focus on gender discrimination and whistleblower retaliation claims, trade secrets issues, unionization processes, and class action lawsuits. He also practices media and entertainment law with an emphasis on sports law.

Connor drafts briefs, motions, and responsive pleadings, and manages all phases of discovery. Connor provides advice to senior level executives on employment matters, including independent contractor classification and wage and hour analysis. He also drafts and prepares employment-related contracts such as handbooks, employment agreements, severance agreements, release of claims agreements, and independent contractor agreements.

Recently, Justices Thomas and Gorsuch have questioned whether the McDonnell Douglas Corp. v. Green, 411 U.S. 792 (1973) framework remains the appropriate standard in certain employment related cases.
